Gates: All gate issues are handled by the Westchase CDD (813) 920-4268. If you have an after hour emergency please call (813) 920-4268.

New residents, please download “Dwelling Live” which can be found below then contact our office via email at cdd@westchasecdd.com for password in order to access program.

Remotes: Additional remotes or replacement remotes are available for $45 at the Westchase CDD office 9515 W Linebaugh Ave, Westchase Fl. 33626

Guard House: can be reached at (813)926 – 9485. Please save and program guard house phone number to your phone.

Please note that contractors are permitted Monday – Friday 7:30am-6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-6:00pm. Contractors will NOT be permitted on Sundays or on Federal Holidays.
